When you purchase a video streaming pack with MTN, you are allowed to choose either one-time purchase or auto-renewal options.
The video streaming pack will auto-renew when your original purchase expires.
The expiration date depends on the duration of the original video streaming pack.
- If you bought a daily pack, it will auto-renew after 24hrs.
- If you bought a weekly pack, it will auto renew after 7 days.
- If you bought a monthly pack, it will auto renew after 30 days.
When your pack is set to auto renew, MTN will automatically take another payment
